Step 1: Contact us by email, call, or text and we will work with you on a time that best suits your needs and get the inspection scheduled. We have evening and weekend inspection times available at no extra charge.

Step 2: Your home inspection will take around 2 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. You're welcome to follow along on the home inspection, but many of our clients prefer to arrive near the end of the inspection. The Inspector will walk the roof if it can be done safely.  We will then inspect the exterior, structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, garage doors, windows, grading, and much more!
(see our full Standards of Practice @ https://www.nachi.org/documents2012/InterNACHI%20SOP%20and%20COE-Dec%202015.pdf)

Step 3: The Report. All reports are generally received within a few hours of the home inspection being performed. The report will include any pictures as well as any video that was taken during the home  inspection. Through our online report system you will be able to create a repair request list which can then be sent to those who need it.

Step 4. Payment. We prefer to receive payment at the conclusion of the inspection. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

For that reason we include a free copy of INTERnachi's "Now That You've Had a Home Inspection" book with every inspection we perform.
